The said goods are sold and supplied in good faith in accordance with the certificate of analysis furnished by our suppliers and we cannot accept responsibility for any damage suffered of whatsoever nature as a result of the usage and consumption of materials supplied. We cannot accept any responsibility for any divergence between the quality of the material and the Certificate. We will gladly give session against our suppliers in the event of any problem but cannot accept liability ourselves.
The customer, by placing an order with us, shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions of sale and shall further be deemed to indemnify us and hold us harmless in respect of any claim arising out of these terms and conditions. All goods supplied remain the property of the supplier until all conditions of payment have been complied with in full.
