The said goods are sold and supplied in good faith in accordance with the certificate of analysis furnished by our suppliers and we cannot accept responsibility for any damage suffered of whatsoever nature as a result of the usage and consumption of materials supplied. We cannot accept any responsibility for any divergence between the quality of the material and the Certificate. We will gladly give session against our suppliers in the event of any problem but cannot accept liability ourselves.
The customer, by placing an order with us, shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions of sale and shall further be deemed to indemnify us and hold us harmless in respect of any claim arising out of these terms and conditions. All goods supplied remain the property of the supplier until all conditions of payment have been complied with in full.
Relianz Foods reserves its right to refuse to accept the return of product(s) if any of the conditions which are set out in our returns policy are not complied with by you.
1.1 This Returns Policy:
1.1.1 Applies to all customers who have an account with Relianz Foods and have purchased products through Relianz Foods.
1.1.2 Forms part of the Relianz Foods website Terms and Conditions and accordingly words defined in the Terms and Conditions shall have the same meaning in this Policy, unless the context indicates otherwise.
1.1.3 Allows you to inform us via email or telephonically within 7 days of your purchase if you would like to return the stock. The batch number and expiry date has to be given (if applicable) along with the invoice number. A 10% handling may be applied dependant on the nature of the return outlined in the policy.
1.1.4 The products being returned must be: in their original packaging, undamaged, and stored in adequate conditions not compromising the integrity of the product. Under no circumstances shall Relianz Foods be held liable for any damages of any nature whatsoever or short delivered stock once the goods have been signed for. By signing the invoice you are accepting that the stock is undamaged, correct quantity, acceptable expiry date and correct product.
1.1.5 In the event of an unsatisfactory delivery ie: Products that were not ordered, damaged or short delivered ), you can return the damaged and or incorrect products upon delivery and indicate on the invoice the returned stock with a signature of Relianz Foods driver. Any short deliveries need to be indicated on the invoice along with the signature of the Relianz Foods driver.
1.1.6 Should stock need to be returned and falls within our returns policy, we will arrange an upliftment of the returned stock. Once stock has been collected from your premises it is import to sign the upliftment document which will be given to you confirming that we have uplifted the stock.
1.1.7 Returning of over ordered or slow selling stock shall incur a handling fee of 10%. Return will only be approved provided stock is in the original packaging, undamaged, and stored in adequate conditions not compromising the integrity of the product. ‘Buy out lines’ that have been specially sourced or products specially packed as per your request cannot be returned whatsoever.
In the event of possible stock contamination, infestation or foreign objects, Relianz Foods will need to be notified immediately. A Relianz representative will- come and inspect the stock and a full investigation will need to be completed in order to approve the return of the stock in question.
